2009-2010 - CLEAR Program Founded; First Retreat Held

Native deaf cuers Hilary Franklin and Aaron Rose create the Cuers for Leadership, Education, Advocacy, and Resources (CLEAR) program, funded by a grant from the Ronald and Mary Ann Lachman Foundation. The first CLEAR retreat, held in August 2010, targets native deaf adult cuers.
