2020 - Esther Rimer Becomes 3rd Deaf NCSA President; Deaf Cuers Comprise 1/2 NCSA Board

Esther Rimer, a native deaf cuer, is elected President. Additionally, deaf cuers now make up half the NCSA Board and the majority (4/5) of the Executive Committee.
